We are seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the position of Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The salary for this role ranges from $65K to $85K. Our organization specializes in offering top-notch Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teenagers with autism. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Effectively utilizing available resources to select appropriate assessments for learners and completing all necessary components in accordance with the client's funding source to ensure timely review.
Conducting various assessments, such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
Generating comprehensive reports, such as functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.
Implementing behavioral skills training to properly equip direct care staff with the necessary skills for the client's program. Regularly monitoring progress through visual analysis and adjusting programs as needed.
Providing training and supervision to behavior technicians on ABA procedures and interventions.
Creating individualized programs that cater to the client's specific needs and those of their caregiver.
Requirements:

We are in need of empathetic Board Certified Behavioral Analysts who possess the following qualifications:

Possession of a Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
At least two (2) years of relevant professional experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a collaborative team environment is strongly preferred
Must have a valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
Demonstrates integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies
Capable of moving freely, quickly, and frequently between seated and standing positions (on the floor or in a chair) and able to occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
