Responsibilities

Oversee and manage clinical staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures

Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care and operational efficiency

Collaborate with department heads to identify and address areas for improvement

Provide guidance and mentorship to staff members, fostering a positive work environment

Evaluate and make recommendations for equipment and supply needs

Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and implement necessary changes

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field; Master’s degree preferred

Valid RN license in the state of practice

Proven experience as a Clinical Director or similar leadership role

In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle stress and make informed decisions in high-pressure situations

Proficient in using technology and healthcare software systems
