Reporting directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer, the CMO ensures high-quality care for over 200,000 patients in our community. The successful candidate must possess extensive clinical expertise as a physician, proven leadership experience and exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to resolve disagreement and conflicts productively.

Key Responsibilities
● Possess extensive clinical expertise as a physician, proven leadership experience and exceptional interpersonal skills
● Serves as a member of the Executive Steering Council (ESC)
● Ensures that reporting departments work collaboratively across the health system to implement strategic objectives and best practices
● Builds a physician-driven strategy that promotes engagement and positive relationships with physicians and medical staff
● Actively engaged in community activities, participating on local boards and in charitable organizations involved in community improvement and community health
