We are seeking a motivated Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team at Seasoned Recruitment. As an Inpatient Pharmacist, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications in an acute care setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing medication orders and verifying their accuracy.
• Preparing and dispensing medications.
• Monitoring patient responses to medication therapy.
• Providing drug information and counseling to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Participating in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

To be considered for the Acute Care Pharmacist position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Current state licensure as a Pharmacist.
• Experience in acute care pharmacy practice is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medications, drug therapy, and patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
